Attention Ohio Casualty™ and Safeco® Insurance Policyholders
With the integration of Safeco Insurance, we will be operating with two separate and distinct claims organizations—one devoted to handling all personal lines claims (Safeco) and the other devoted to the handling all commercial lines claims (Ohio Casualty). This new model ensures that claims resources remain close to you and your agent throughout the Ohio Casualty region.
However, you should report a claim as you’ve always done. For claims on Safeco policies call 1-800-332-3226, and for claims on Ohio Casualty policies call 1-866-255-5530. While your contacts and brand may have changed, you will receive the same quality claims service that you have come to expect.
As we migrate to our new operating structure over the coming months, we will continue to deliver high-quality service and provide timely communications to you and your insurance agent.
